Bug#1064267: fontconfig 2.15 breaks color emoji

Hey Jeremy,

Haha well I was debating if even "important" is warranted,
given it's just about fancy emoji in the end. But I guess
people do feel passionate about them :)

Also didn't know that "serious" prevents migration to testing,
will keep that in mind for the future!
