There are 3 packages are blocked by libpoppler-qt6-dev on loong64's 
BD-uninstallable lists.
The libpoppler-qt6-dev belongs to poppler source package.

texworks build-depends on missing:
   - libpoppler-qt6-dev:loong64

photoqt build-depends on missing:
   - libpoppler-qt6-dev:loong64

qpdfview build-depends on missing:
   - libpoppler-qt6-dev:loong64
```

poppler lacks loongarch64 support. Please take care of the bug I have 
submitted.
Could add loong64 support in the next upload?
