Bug#1081183: Follow-up: power-profiles-daemon still hangs apt on upgrade with version 0.23-1

Dear Maintainer,

I wanted to follow up on my previous report about the power-profiles-daemon
hanging during upgrades. The issue is still occurring with the latest
version, 0.23-1.

This morning, I encountered the same behavior on two different machines
when trying to upgrade to 0.23-1. Both systems experienced a hang during
the apt upgrade process while configuring power-profiles-daemon, requiring
a reboot to recover. As with the previous versions, this is preventing any
new package installations or upgrades through apt without manual
intervention.
