Package: libfontconfig1
Version: 2.13.0-2
Severity: important
Tags: upstream
Please see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105492
This version of fontconfig uses setlocale() in a way that breaks
Emacs' Lisp reader, causing all kinds of odd problems.
