Bug#935760: Bug #935760: libfontconfig1-dev: install fails trying to overwrite fontconfig-devel.pdf.gz

I ended up "fixing" my system by moving the existing

     /usr/share/doc/libfontconfig1-dev/fontconfig-devel.pdf.gz

out of the way to allow apt to fix the upgrade installation cleanly. 
Hopefully this doesn't cause problems further down the road. Both the 
backup and newly installed fontconfig-devel.pdf.gz were the same size 
(401249 bytes) however.
