Dear Maintainer,
Userpicture can't be changed accountservice (22.07.5-1)
You can't change your Userpicture to a custom one.
This bug is caused by accountservice (22.07.5-1)
accountservice needs to get updated repos.
This can be temporary fixed by:
sudo nano /usr/lib/systemd/system/accounts-daemon.service
Set PrivateTmp=true
to: PrivateTmp=false
reboot your system.
