From your first mail:
ii  libpoppler-glib8           20.09.0-3.1
ii  libpoppler118              22.02.0-3

So this is yet another case of libpoppler that gets out of sync with
libpoppler-glib and then something doesn't work.
It's not as bad as the crash #969907 but I blame it to that all the
same, without further debugging.

As such, I'm reassiging and merging.
