Thanks a lot for updating fontconfig.

Could you please fix these fontconfig bugs while you're at it:

Those bugs are about dropping the very obsolete ttf-bitstream-vera font
as upstream fontconfig completely removed it from 60-latin.conf [1],
and the default became Noto [2][3].
