Please consider sending fontconfig unblock request to Debian Release Team

Hi Andreas,

Thank you very much for recent upload of fontconfig/2.14.1 to Debian
Unstable. Since we are already entering Debian 12 freeze, you upload is
blocked from migration to Debian Testing.

If the new version does not show regressions, please consider submitting an
unblock request to bugs.debian.org/release.debian.org ASAP to have
fontconfig 2.14.1 migrated to Testing. We definitely should finish it before
next milestone (Soft Freeze).
