still missing dependencies:

dogtag 10.2.6 (in git, doesn't work properly yet)
BIND 9.10.x
softhsm 2.0

then there's also ongoing work upstream to use GSSAPI instead of ldaps
for replications etc, before that's done IPA on Debian is limited to a
single server only.
