How is this possible? python-kdcproxy is in testing already, and for
some reason the previous upload* resulted in removing the binary from
sid. Now it has to go through NEW again?


* yes it ftbfs'd, seems buildd chroot no longer has libkrb5-3, like my
sbuild chroot still does
