[Pkg-freeipa-devel] Bug#852691: certmonger: creates a .config directory in the FS root

Dear Maintainer,

I discovered the following directory on my system:

# ls -al /.config/
total 12
drwx------  3 root root 4096 janv. 23 11:31 .
drwxr-xr-x 21 root root 4096 janv. 24 22:04 ..
drwx------  2 root root 4096 janv. 23 11:31 certmonger

that should probably not be there.  I do not know the sequence of actions that led to its creation but the responsible package is probably certmonger.
