[Pkg-freeipa-devel] Bug#916118: 389-ds-base: Please use the multi-arch field where possible

Dear Maintainer,

* 389-ds should be marked Multi-Arch: foreign.
* 389-ds-base-libs and 389-ds-base-dev should be Multi-Arch: same.
* cockpit-389-ds could also be Multi-Arch: same, although more correctly
  should be Architecture: all, Multi-Arch: foreign.

Please add these multi-arch declarations to allow installation on these
packages on foreign architectures. This is particularly useful for the
-dev package.
