Hello Debian FreeIPA Team,

There is a circular dependency between pki-base and python3-pki-base:

pki-base	        :Depends: python3-pki-base
python3-pki-base 	:Depends: pki-base (= 10.7.3-3)

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade between
stable releases, so we should strive to avoid them.
