[Pkg-freeipa-devel] Bug#980542: cockpit : 389ds tab is empty and does not appear in installed applications

Hello, the 389ds page in cockpit is blank and 389ds does not appear in
the Applications Tabs (whereas others like Storage do appear).
I found it over redhat bz :

I tried using cockpit deb from buster-stable and buster-backports.

I do have a 389ds instance running on the server using official debian
packages and standard ports.


I find two errors in the logs, probably related to the usermerge story :

cockpit-ws[9739]: /bin/sh: 1: /usr/bin/ls: not found
cockpit-ws[11000]: /usr/sbin/status-dirsrv: 40: /usr/sbin/status-dirsrv:
/usr/bin/systemctl: not found

I manually created symlinks but still getting blank page for the 389ds
page and app not shown in Applications list.


The last error in the logs is this one :

cockpit-ws[11000]: cockpit-ws: Failed to open certificate file
/run/cockpit/tls/e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855:
No such file or directory
