After more digging I realized this bug report applied to version of freeipa
in experimental, - the one which enables server.

So nothing needs to be done, and this bug can be closed now since new version
of freeipa in experimental is built against the new samba.

It doesn't affect unstable/testing/stable version of freeipa.
