This issue could be fixed by changing d/patches/hardcode-version.diff, 
but the real issue is that it won't build against 9.19 at all. Upstream 
has known for a year and hasn't fixed it yet. 9.19 should become stable 
9.20 next month, when I'd assume upstream to fix the build.
