Dear Maintainer,

/usr/share/quilt/quilt.make is a remnant of the 'source 1.0' package format.

This packages uses '3.0 (quilt)',
the patching is automatically managed by dpkg.

The Build-Depends: on quilt and the
"include /usr/share/quilt/quilt.make"
are not needed anymore.
