Dear Maintainer,

python-jwcrypto is in the key package set [0]
and is by this vertue itself pulling other dependencies
into the set.

python3-nose2 is a seldomly used test environment;
please define a <!nocheck> [1] build to make it optional.

Please also verify if these other build-dependencies
could get a <!nocheck> tag too. (most likely yes)

 python3-cryptography,
 python3-deprecated,
 python3-typing-extensions,


I can provide a MR with working CI for this scenario on Salsa.
