[Pkg-freeradius-maintainers] Bug#865087: Bug#865087: freeradius-mysql: Obsolete and misleading files in /etc/freeradius/sql/

Actually, the freeradius-mysql package does not contain any files in
/etc/freeradius/sql, see
https://packages.debian.org/buster/amd64/freeradius-mysql/filelist.

My guess is that you upgraded from an older version, and dpkg left these
files in place. I’m not sure if there is something we can do better in the
packaging to handle this case. Hints/patches welcome.
