Dear Maintainer,

Radsniff was introduced in the 3.x.x branch of code and when coupled with collectd can provide statistics collection.  Including this option does add a libcollectd dependency, but seeing that freeradius already has a dozen or so libraries it depends on, this shouldn't add too much bloat to the package.
