Possible bug in openal 0.0.8 on linux (followup)

        Hi,

        Here is a very simple source file to trigger the problem when
the patch proposed at
http://opensource.creative.com/pipermail/openal-devel/2006-March/002080.html
is *not* applied. It is not applied in the current Debian GNU/Linux
branch, nor in the Fedora FC5 current release.

        When it is applied, the same source file shows another problem:
when  alcDestroyContext(context_); is called the second time, it prints:

        mutex 0x80538b0 busy

        (presumably not the exact same address on your own machine ;-)

        Ideas and patches are very welcome.
