As in "shooters"? No, it is not. My description may be a little fuzzy, 
but not all action games are shooters.

My intention for this section was to separate fairly realistic violent 
games from simple cartoonish games that would remain in "Arcade". It is 
not that easy to define a difference between the two, but I hope you get 
the point.
