First of all, thank you for your comments.

Many games can go to multiple sections, so sometimes you just have to 
select the most appropriate one, based solely on your experience. There 
simply are too many possibilities to have all of them defined in the policy.

A good example of this is TORCS. It is a racing game, but also a 
simulator, so which section should it go to? This is why working on this 
draft is hard.
