I have seen at least one project aiming to create a fully functional
flash development environment.* If there is none at the moment, there
will likely be one in the near future. What I am yet to see, is a free
flash game.
The freeware ones could go to non-free, but the origin of most of them
is unknown. Moreover, each of them can be distributed under different
terms, or these terms are unknown as well. All of this sounds like a
legal hell and Debian should probably stay out of this, in my opinion.
* I forgot the name, so I cannot locate it at the moment. If I will, I
will let you know.
