ITP: trigger -- rally car racing game (#270405)

Bartosz, are you still interested in your ITP and/or would you like to 
collaborative maintain it via pkg-games [1]?

I've just started playing around with trigger a little bit, and it seems quite 
promising (actually I already have a rough package, but it still needs some 
love).
