GtkRadiant goes GPL

It seems that ID Software is placing some development tools under GPL, the
most important is probably GtkRadiant (the heavily modified version of
QERadiant and Q3Radiant - id's level editors used during Quake II and Quake
III Arena development).

I guess we should be planning to package it. How is the packaging of Quake III
going?
