New SVN game: Quake III

how is the status of ioquake3? i think the manpages could need an
update, but i'm not familiar with sgml. what's the-way-god-intended to
edit the .sgml files?

when the manpages are up to date, i think ioquake3 should be ready for
a new try to upload it. what do others think?
