SVN for pkg-games-devel

Once we have a svn repository I will probably import most of the games I
maintain (bsdgames, dgen, kobodeluxe, nestra, uqm, xbl, xemeraldia,
xgalaga, xjewel, xtris). Of these dgen is non-free; maybe we should
have a different subversion repository or section of the repo for
non-free games so people who don't want to work on them can easily avoid
it.
