Is nestra in contrib because it requires non-free OS ROMs from the original
NES console or due to the lack of DFSG-free NES games in Debian?
If it's the latter; there has been a thread in debian-legal, where people
agreed that emulators like this are considered suitable for main, as running
vintage games is the intended purpose of these games, just as we don't require
xine to ship a DFSG-free video.
