Back after some days out

Sorry, I have been out for some days, due to work issues. I've een that
nothing has said anything about SVN anymore, so I guess that we mostly agree
on having a type 1 scheme with one subdir per package and a non-free dir
containing non-free stuff.

About packaging system, it seems that most of the people prefer not to use
dpatch or any other patching system, and I think there is slightly more people
that prefer debhelper. Am I wrong?

I'm very tired right now, but I'll try to modify the wiki tomorrow about that.
