New SVN game: Quake III

I uploaded Quake III to the games SVN; the tarball of the upstream
sources (svn530 snapshot) is in incoming of pkg-games.

Is that the correct location and do I have access to move it around to
some other place?

I am currently pointing to the quake3-data package on my machine at
home; maybe it would be better suited to have it in the pkg-games space.

The quake3-data package will not be uploaded to Debian; mainly because
we agree that a better and more flexible approach should be taken for
these game data files.
