nexuiz can't find packages?

Hi,

I imported a nexuiz-locale-fr in the repository. This package is just a .pk3 
that add french menu entrys in nexuz menu.
If i copy the frenchpack.pk3 in ~/.nexuiz/data, everything work fine but if i 
copy the .pk3 in /usr/share/games/nexuiz/data, nexuiz doesn't load it at 
start up.

I did the test with another pk3[1] and have the same issue.

For me, this seem to be a bug.
