quake3 + quake3-data packages

hi!

i did some work on the quake3 packages today. also a quake3-data
package is available in the repository for some days.

some months ago marc leeman and i considered waiting with the upload of
quake 3 packages until ioquake 3 1.34 is released. this didn't happen,
yet, as upstream has major problems concerning mac os x.

all features upstream intended to include in the 1.34 release are
implemented and included in their latest svn revision. so, in my
opinion the ioquake3 packages and the quake3-data package are ready for
an upload.

there's a quake3-prepare.sh script available in the scripts directory.
