You've just to attach the task to yourself in the tracker.

After it's as usual (recreate the tree, check, tag, upload).

More and more packages are svn-buildpackage ready.
If you don't have experience with svn-buildpackage. This is my
.svn-buildpackage.conf:
svn-override=origDir=/home/goneri/svn/pkg-games/packages/tarballs/
svn-override=buildArea=/home/goneri/svn/pkg-games/packages/build-area/
Tarballs have to be copied in origDir.

Another solution is to use the prepare scripts.
