Please don't do that. You're right that the probability of this bug
popping up in non-unstable users is low, but why go for "good enough"
when aiming for "perfect" takes so little effort? :)

This is the correct solution, yes. But alas, it won't force the removal
of the old -racer-data package. AIUI, all it'll do is, should the new
-racer be unpacked before the old -racer-data gets upgraded, ignore the
shared/conflicting file, and put -racer's version in place.

As per above, the Replace suffices, and no Conflicts is necessary.

BTW, I'll note this bug has been in the meantime (correctly) upgraded
from important to serious, so it'd be good to get it fixed soonishly.
