i saw, that you documented several command line parameters in the
manpage of ioq3ded, but we should also document some command line
parameters in the ioquake3 client manpage.

i'll append the ioquake3 manpage i wrote some months ago, to give an
idea, what i supposed to be useful to know ;)

ah cool, upstream already talks of release candidates! yeah! by the end
of this week i'll have time again to go on packaging here...
