trigger packages

Hi folks,

I've just injected trigger and trigger-data packages to the debian-games svn.
You can find these under

svn/pkg-games/packages/trigger/trigger
and
svn/pkg-games/packages/trigger/trigger-data

once checked out, you can retreive the .orig.tar.gz with 

make -f debian/rules get-orig-source
(works with some uscan/watch-magic, so it *should* produce a newer tarball, in 
case a newer upstream version is out).

the get-orig-source-target will store the tarball to ../tarballs (relative to 
top-source-directory), so make sure you created this dir beforehand.

Known issues:
* lack of icon for desktop/menu files (anyone good with graphics to create an 
icon? ;)
