[SVN] A small analysis of the packages

Hello all,

I hope I will not upset anybody with my mail.

I spoke with Miriam on irc and I decided I should apply the necessary
changes that are _currently_ needed in order to satisfy the
proposition made by myself a few days ago[1]

I have made changes for the following packages (so they have on the
top changelog entry UNRELEASED):
Package:
barrage (changed in r287)
bosson* (boson-base was changed in r302)
lincity-ng
nexuiz and nexuiz-data
prboom
quake3
squirrel
transcend
trigger

(Changes were committed in r301, if not specified)

I made my investigation through pkg-games' svn, packages.d.o and the
new queue[2] when I decided to which packages I should change unstable
to UNREALSED.

Also I will add the afore mentioned procedure in the wiki so is better
centralized.

I found also a few other problems:
- released versions which are not tagged:
 * komi - version 1.03-5 is in unstable, but the version is not tagged
in SVN (tags/1.03-5 does not exist)
 * billard-gl - version 1.75-9 is in unstable, but the version is not
tagged in SVN (tags/1.75-9 does not exist)
 * boson-* packages have versions in unstable but there are no tags in SVN
 * freedoom 0.4-1 is in unstable, no tag in SVN
 * late 0.1.0-8 is in unstable, no tag in SVN
 * nexuiz-data has no tags directory
 * pioneers has a NEWER version in unstable(0.9.55-1) than in SVN (0.9.49-1)
 * rrootage 0.23a-3 is in unstable, no tag in SVN

Missing tags makes sometimes hard the tracking of different issues
that might have appeared at some point in the life of the package. So
it would be nice if the tags would exist in SVN.

I also removed the wrongly added squirrel package from the root (not
the one in packages/squirrel), so it will not clutter the root of the
repository.
