Please improve wording there. having a full stop then continuing with
a small letter is not correct English :o)

I suggest instead of:
 "OpenCity is similar in spirit to other city construction games, heading
 towards a classic SimCity feeling, although with some additional features.
 electric plant and roads. Besides you can also raise or lower the terrain."

to have:

 "OpenCity is similar in spirit to other city construction games, heading
 towards a classic SimCity feeling, although with some additional features
 like electric plant and roads. Besides you can also raise or lower
the terrain."

if that is the case or:

 "OpenCity is similar in spirit to other city construction games, heading
 towards a classic SimCity feeling, although with some additional features.
 Besides you can also raise or lower the terrain."
