RFU: boson & bosn-base 0.11-4

Hello,

boson and boson-base packages are ready to be uploaded.
The most important change is a FTBFS.

IMO boson-music and boson-data don't need to be uploaded. I just fix the watch 
files.

boson-base (0.11-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * update watch file
  * added libalut-dev in build-dep (Closes: #358593)
  * removed build-depends: xlibmesa-gl-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libgl-dev
  * Standards-Version = 3.7.0
  * boson-base: architecture amd64 removed

  [ Reinhard Tartler ]
  * fix includes for new openal in bosound/openal/*.h
  * call configure correctly, as adviced in
    /usr/share/doc/autotools-dev/README.Debian
  * remove cruft which upstream Makefile left over
