Bug#400333: wormux - FTBFS: Build-depends on unavailable package libsdl-ttf1.2-dev

Hello Eddy,

Just let me know when you believe the package is ready to be sponsored.

BTW, there appears to be a problem getting packaging changes committed
back into the SVN repository; the libsdl-ttf1.2-dev waters have already
been charted in #378293 [0].
