We're currently managing our packages using subversion. We have some
information available at http://wiki.debian.org/Games/SVN

The first step is to have a user in the Alioth system (
http://www.alioth.debian.org ) and adding it to the group. That's not a big
one, just tell me your login there and I'll add you.

It might be good to have a look at
http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/i18n-doc/apb.html in case you're not familiar
with Debian's SVN server. It's all quite clear and explained in detail.

We have decided some guidelines about how to handle the packages in the group,
you might as well have a look at them:
