I've just requested a sync, so 0.7.4-1 should be in edgy soon.

P.S.:
This is not really the right forum for your request, since there is already 
0.7.4 in debian/unstable (see [1]). If you want to have a package with a 
newer version in debian synced to ubuntu, you should file a bug on the ubuntu 
bug tracker, launchpad [2].
