Bug#436038: hex-a-hop: Unusual man page structure

While reading the man page I noticed the unusual structure. I
restructured it the "usual" way, the result you can find attached. I
did not add/remove any text.

To ease translation of the man page ist would be nice if you could
decide soon which way you like the man page.
