Bug#439868: libogre14: cannot be installed, depends on libzzip-0-12

libogre14 cannot be installed, it depends on libzzip-0-12 which is not
in the archive any longer.

I see #439088 which claims to be resolved, but it's not. (Note the version
number--this is a bug in 1.4.3-1+b1.)
