pingus -- new upstream version available

Hello!

Finally (after more than 4 years) the new upstream version 0.7 of Pingus 
has been released. Please consider packaging it ASAP.

Games Team, maybe this is a case for you?
The latest maintainer activity has been 3 years ago with 4 NMUs in the 
meantime and the package has still some (mostly trivial) bugs open.
