The copyright file[1] of the package doesn't contain the necessary copyright 
information.
This is usually in the form of "Copyright YYYY by John Doe <john at doe.com>".
Note that stating "Copyright:" and "Upstream Author:" one right after the 
other doesn't necessarily means that both the copyright holder and the 
upstream author is the same person, please correct this information (and 
don't forget to also include the copyright years).
