This is not a bug in rrootage, rrootage shouldn't change anything
This is only a bug in libbulletml-dev which is missing a Depends.

You need to:
- Have libbulletml-dev add the Depends
- after the new libbulletml-dev is uploaded, get the buildds to
  reschedule rrootage
