Bug#428346: fretsonfire: should indicate that it can only import songs from playstation GH discs (not xbox)

fretsonfire is unable to import songs from the xbox version of guitar
hero 2 (probably guitar hero 1 also, but don't have the disc to confirm
this).  i wasted an hour trying to find the answer on the internet 
before figuring out that only the playstation version of guitar hero is
supported.

please include in the documentation a note about this limitation.  also,
in the guitar hero song import screen, please make a note that only
playstation discs are supported.  thanks.
